The San Joaquin County Real estate market has continued on the path to recovery in 2012. Home prices in the Stockton California area are on the upswing due to the lack of inventory in the marketplace, which is displaying a classic case of supply and demand. Below are graphs that are showing San Joaquin County market trends.

The current real estate market in the Stockton CA area has created buyer fever. Many properties are ending up in multiple offer situations where buyers are instructed to come back with highest and best offer which is a big factor in driving home prices upwards.

On average San Joaquin County homes for sale in September 2012 have spent 23 less days on the market compared to homes for sale in September 2011.
